1. General Policy
As our services involve professional time, expertise, planning and digital deliverables, refunds are assessed based on the work completed and costs incurred at the time of the refund request.
2. Website Design & Development Projects
Project Cancellation by the Client
If the Client chooses to halt, cancel or terminate a website design or development project after work has commenced, all work completed up to that point will be calculated and billed based on the time spent and resources allocated to the project.
Any third-party costs, expenses or fees incurred on behalf of the Client will also be included in the calculation.
These may include:
- Premium themes
- Premium plugins
- Software licences
- Stock images
- Domain registrations
- Hosting services
- Third-party integrations
- Other project-related expenses
The total value of completed work and expenses incurred will be deducted from the payments already received.
Any remaining balance will be refunded to the Client.
If the value of the completed work and expenses exceeds the amount already paid, the Client shall remain responsible for paying the outstanding balance.
Completed Projects
No refunds will be issued for:
- Completed projects
- Approved deliverables
- Completed design work
- Completed development work
- Websites that have been launched or handed over to the Client
3. Website Maintenance Services
Maintenance services are billed and paid in advance.
Once a maintenance period has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may only be considered where no maintenance work has been performed during the agreed service period.
4. SEO Services
SEO services involve research, planning, optimisation and ongoing work that begins immediately upon project commencement.
As a result, SEO service fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.
No guarantees are made regarding:
- Search engine rankings
- Website traffic increases
- Lead generation
- Sales performance
as these outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
5. Third-Party Products & Services
Refunds will not be provided for third-party products or services purchased on behalf of the Client, including but not limited to:
- Domain names
- Web hosting
- Premium plugins
- Premium themes
- Software licences
- Advertising costs
- Third-party subscriptions
Such purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective providers.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, Clients must submit a written request including:
- Project name
- Reason for the request
- Relevant supporting information

7. Processing of Approved Refunds
