4. Payments

- 70% advance payment before project commencement
- 30% balance payment upon project completion and before final handover

- 100% payment in advance before the maintenance period begins

- 100% payment in advance before SEO activities commence
Failure to make payments may result in project delays, suspension of services or withholding of deliverables.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the completed website design and development work transfers to the Client upon full payment of all project fees.
Elegant Digital Agency retains the right to:
- Display completed projects in its portfolio
- Reference projects in marketing materials
- Showcase screenshots and case studies
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party software, themes, plugins and licences remain subject to their respective licence agreements.
6. Client Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content supplied for their project, including:

Elegant Digital Agency accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement resulting from client-supplied materials.
